Sales Development Representative Supervisor

The Sales Development Representative Supervisor will lead and develop SDR Academy participants while designing effective training programs and driving pipeline growth through collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop 10+ SDR Academy participants through structured onboarding, weekly coaching rhythms, and performance management
Set clear expectations, deliver actionable feedback, and build consultative prospecting skills that translate into consistent SQL production
Design and deliver scalable enablement programming (playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, microlearning) to improve rep effectiveness and accelerate ramp
Ensure training is measurable, repeatable, and aligned to business objectives
Drive top-of-funnel creation by prospecting into priority accounts and partnering with AEs/markets to convert, qualify, and advance opportunities
Participate in pipeline reviews to tighten qualification standards, improve handoffs, and increase sales acceptance and downstream conversion
Own SDR funnel reporting and CRM hygiene; track activity, conversion, and velocity metrics to identify gaps and coach to behaviors
Pilot and operationalize productivity tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Outreach or equivalents), creating simple workflows that improve efficiency and shorten sales cycles
Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align targeting, messaging, and SLA expectations
Use data-driven insights to refine processes, improve lead quality, and continuously elevate program outcomes
