Responsibilities
Drive new business with OEM customers in the electronics, medical, and industrial markets
Manage key accounts — provide pricing, technical coordination, and project support
Partner with our global engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Identify market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy
Represent PalPilot at customer meetings and trade events
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in PCB, ODM/OEM, Components or EMS sales
Proven record of sales growth and strong customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Based near Tustin, CA – hybrid work flexibility available
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
