Responsibilities

30 Days: Get deep into our infra through pen tests and threat modeling
60 Days: Build and ship a new service like WireGuard
90 Days: Own security end-to-end (AppSec, InfoSec, ITSec, InfraSec)

Qualification

Penetration TestingThreat ModelingSecurity PracticesMulti-Tenant ArchitectureStartup Experience

Required

Experience with pen tests and threat modeling
Ability to build and ship services like WireGuard
Ownership of security end-to-end (AppSec, InfoSec, ITSec, InfraSec)
Experience scaling massive systems that are resilient and performant
Ability to think in threat models, not just features

Preferred

Experience with Series B to F companies
Experience building your own startup
