Broward College is seeking a Clerk / Office Assistant to provide general office support in a high-volume area. The role involves performing clerical duties, greeting and directing visitors, and preparing routine documents.

Responsibilities
Performs general office support or clerical support to a work area
Takes messages, greets and directs others to appropriate person for assistance
Prepares routine documents. Faxes, photocopies, and prepares materials
Performs related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school education or an equivalent required
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
One year office experience preferred
Contributes as a team member
Frequently acts in a helping or assistant mode
Standard computer and telephone skills
Ability to work with a student population, faculty and staff
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the required background screening process

Ability to speak a foreign language preferred
