Define and execute the product strategy for AI-native solutions in a fast-paced, emerging technology landscape
Thrive in ambiguity while creating clarity and direction for cross-functional teams
Navigate complex trade-offs between innovation, practicality, and risk in the evolving AI space
Collaborate with diverse technical teams to translate product vision into comprehensive solutions
Drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
Champion product adoption across Amazon's vast technology organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
