Responsibilities

Prepare weekly reporting for assigned client groups

Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly journal entries

Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly closing processes for financial reporting

Assist in recording payroll expenses, by reporting segment

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts

Prepare financial and analytical schedules as assigned

Assist auditors with documentation and support during quarterly reviews and year-end audit

Assists with budget planning and preparation

All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university

1+ years of experience in corporate accounting

Strong knowledge of and experience with GAAP and other key accounting concepts

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Expert Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, V/X lookups, advanced formulas, macros, etc.)

Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information

Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)

Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting
