Responsibilities
Work with the Senior Content Production Manager to hire, train, and manage a growing team of Content Production Specialists
Work closely with curriculum team leads to define project scopes, assign resources, and create and manage project schedules
Constantly monitor progress and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Design workflows and implement process improvements to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with our quality standards
Troubleshoot technical issues in our production workflow and work with engineers to evaluate and improve our in-house tools
Act as the final quality gatekeeper for all work completed by your team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ year of people management experience
3+ years of project management experience
Proven success leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Can-do attitude with a growth mindset and openness to others' ideas
Ability to quickly learn and master new guidelines, software, and code
Advanced knowledge of excel or Google Sheets (e.g. vlookup, concatenate, left/right/mid) required
Preferred
Familiarity with XML, HTML, and/or CSS
Interest or experience in K-12 education
