Demonstrated project management skills, the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Effective math and analytical skills
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, public relations skills, and detail-oriented
Experience in a retail or similar work environment is required, multi-unit is a plus
5 years minimum related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to operate a computer and applicable software packages
Three years of supervisory experience to include all aspects of coaching, counseling and reviewing performance
Understanding of the dynamics of franchise owner/company owned environment
Willingness and ability to travel and to maintain a flexible work schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
