Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet and is seeking a Sales Operations and Strategy professional for their Mid-Market team. In this role, you will provide analysis and data-driven insights to support the Business Development, Customer Success, and Sales teams, directly influencing GTM functions and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed analysis using Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau to support our GTM Expansion teams
Build data packs and compelling decks for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
Shadow strategic initiatives and document processes to improve GTM efficiency
Execute and support DNR Forecast Reviews and quarterly account transitions to maintain equitable account books
Enable Global Expansion leadership to make data-driven decisions through reporting on upsells, retention, and expansion metrics
Prepare and present key insights to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders, to influence strategic direction

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations or Technology Consulting
Proven executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrable experience preparing and delivering data-driven presentations to senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently

Preferred

Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
Experience supporting reporting and crediting initiatives for a sales department
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Boostup is a plus
