Responsibilities

Provide high-level legal and administrative support to one of the firm’s partners

Manage calendars and coordinate all scheduling communications with precision

Prepare and file routine pleadings and legal documents in accordance with court procedures

Ensure compliance with client guidelines, firm policies, and judge-specific procedures

Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings with courts

Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Use initiative to anticipate attorney needs and maintain workflow efficiency

Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences

Compiling and organizing documents, preparing binders and / or folders
