Responsibilities

Lead capital projects from $10K to $5M—design, install, test, and launch new systems
Own schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
Drive process improvements and capability upgrades across automated equipment
Provide technical leadership in PLCs, HMIs, motion control, and vision systems
Partner with Maintenance, Ops, Quality, and Corporate Engineering to optimize throughput
Define and implement engineering standards for process control and reliability
Present solutions, lead training, and represent the company with vendors and professional organizations

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering (EE/ME/CHE); MS/MBA a plus
3+ years of industrial experience (CPG, Food, Beverage, or Pharma manufacturing preferred)
Strong background in electrical controls, PLCs (Allen-Bradley), HMIs (Wonderware), and motion systems
Familiarity with UL, CE, Cognex/Keyence vision systems, and AutoCAD
Project management skills (PMP a plus); experience with SAP, MS Project, and continuous improvement tools
An analytical mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead under pressure
