Responsibilities

Partner with the Team Leader or Department Manager to support credit administration and portfolio management for assigned commercial real estate relationships
Conduct detailed reviews of commercial products and loan structures to ensure compliance with credit policy and risk standards
Utilize underwriting experience to analyze financial statements, property performance, and borrower creditworthiness for renewals, modifications, and ongoing monitoring
Serve as a primary liaison to clients, gathering insights on business operations, financial condition, and future financing needs
Manage daily servicing of loan and deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution within bank systems
Perform site visits to customer projects and business locations within the bank’s footprint to assess collateral and strengthen client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver superior customer experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate banking, with a focus on underwriting and portfolio management
Strong understanding of commercial loan products, deposit solutions, and credit administration processes
Proficiency in banking systems and tools for portfolio monitoring and reporting
Effective sales and relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail for financial analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel within the bank's footprint for client meetings and site inspections
