Counterintelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

The Mid-Level Counterintelligence Analyst will provide Entity Vetting support and team leadership
You will coordinate with the on-site SPA program manager and government leaders for the performance, planning, training, and analytic results
The primary focus of this position is to identify and analyze potential Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risk across the Defense Industrial Base

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Market Research or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or merger & acquisitions
Minimum 8 years of experience applying analytics standards for business intelligence, security, and intelligence data
Minimum 8 years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Dunn & Bradstreet etc)
Minimum 8 years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential solutions
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs

Preferred

Previous experience conducting Entity Vetting and Counterintelligence Analysis for the US Department of Defense
