Quote and bind personal lines policies from start to finish
Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
Educate customers on coverages, endorsements, and options
Document activities in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in comparative raters and quoting platforms
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
