Responsibilities
Evaluate emergent cloud technologies and advise transition roadmaps for current systems and their capabilities
Advise and consult on cloud acquisition strategies
Analyze strengths and deficiencies on various system cloud migration strategies to deliver the recommendations that are cost effective and efficient
Identify deployment and integration issues with current technology and solving critical vulnerabilities
Collaborate with current and future cloud service providers to identify and implement optimal solutions in cloud environments
Ensure future cloud architecture is sufficiently designed to achieve platform technology roadmap
Qualification
Required
Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 10+ years with Ph.D
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
Experience with on-prem and off-prem as well as hybrid cloud offerings
Experience architecting and/or developing cloud solutions within AWS, Azure, or Google
Demonstrated ability to work well with other government and contractors in an intellectually challenging work environment
Preferred
Experience with Azure, Oracle, or Google cloud offerings in federal space
Experience with Confluence and JIRA Atlassian commercial tools
Experience or training with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) agile methodologies
5+ years' experience in SE Technical Assistance (SETA), acquisition, and the IC
