Environmental/Land Use Litigation Associate
CyberCoders is seeking a motivated and skilled Environmental/Land Use Litigation Associate to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in litigation related to environmental matters and land use regulations, while also conducting legal research and advising clients on regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in litigation related to environmental and land use issues
Conduct legal research and analysis on environmental regulations, zoning laws, and related topics
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and evidence gathering
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management regarding environmental and land use practices
Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop legal strategies
Stay updated on changes in environmental law and land use policies
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in AZ
3-6+ years of experience in environmental law, land use, or related litigation
Strong understanding of zoning laws, regulatory compliance, and natural resources issues
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
