Responsibilities
Jump into our existing React codebase and own the development and delivery of platform features, from ideation to launch while upholding a high UX bar
You’ll work closely across many team (design, research, etc) to shape the product direction. We move fast and keep our layers thin so you’ll have an outsized voice in deciding what we build, how we prioritize, and how users experience the platform
Contribute across the full product stack as needed to ensure seamless product continuity
Qualification
Required
You've worked on multiple consumer-facing products, ideally from scratch
You care deeply about design and user experience - you have strong taste and the confidence to defend it
You bring a senior mindset: you set direction, own decisions, and gets things over the finish line. Shipping is a skilled and you've honed it
You thrive in startup environments where you can be autonomous, opinionated, and fast-moving
You communicate the complex with incredible clarity and leverage your communication abilities to teach others
Preferred
