Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end AI chatbot solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AWS services
Design contextual AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge bases
Lead technical evaluations of LLMs, prompt engineering strategies, and Copilot extensibility models
Define scalable infrastructure patterns using AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, SageMaker, etc.)
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align architecture with business goals
Ensure security, compliance, and performance across AI pipelines and cloud deployments
Mentor engineering teams on best practices in AI development, cloud architecture, and chatbot design
Qualification
Required
8+ years in software architecture, with 3+ years in AI/ML or chatbot development
Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
Strong understanding of chatbot frameworks, NLP, and context-aware conversation design
Expertise in AWS cloud architecture and DevOps practices
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or C# for backend development and AI integration
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK)
Preferred
Experience building Copilot plugins or extending Microsoft 365 applications with AI
Knowledge of enterprise security standards and data governance in AI systems
Certifications in AWS Architecture or Azure AI solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
