Responsibilities
Provide a full range of professional accounting and auditing services including financial statement audit, review, and compilation services to companies in a variety of industries
Assist management in the design and execution of engagement audits and reviews
Preparation of a complete set of financial statements including drafting of footnotes and supplemental schedules
Coordinate and assist with supervising the day-to-day activities of engagements including the training and monitoring of Audit Staff
Document and communicate any accounting and auditing matters that arise during engagements to the management team
Serve as a client point of contact in addition to Supervisors, Managers, and Partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' public accounting audit, review, and compilation experience
Understanding of U.S. GAAP and professional standards including U.S. GAAS and SARS
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
Excellent technical, research, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Consistent desire to professionally improve and to be promoted based on the delivery of excellent work product
Preferred
CPA (or in progress) preferred
