Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in high performance flooring installations
Manage and oversee the installation network for epoxy and resinous flooring projects on a national scale
Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of flooring installations
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals
Provide training and support to installation teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Liaise with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align operations with business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry

Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
