Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads from our website and referral services
Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software
Provide accurate quotes on vehicle pricing, rates, and inventory availability
Set appointments and greet clients in person for vehicle presentations
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
Collect and process credit applications both online and in-store
Stay current on Ford product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
Consistently meet performance standards in customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales
Qualification
Required
Previous sales or automotive experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in CRM and digital lead management platforms
Highly organized and self-motivated
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer-first focus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
