Responsibilities

Assist clients in structuring their financial transactions to optimize tax outcomes and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

Provide guidance on the tax aspects of various matters including M&A, financing, private equity structures, capital markets transactions, and other business reorganizations

Negotiate and draft transactional documentation and agreements as well as prepare and issue tax opinions

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor

Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices on complex tax matters

Serve as a mentor and leader to junior attorneys within the tax practice
