Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease

Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities

Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants

Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Qualification

Advanced Practice LicensureBLS/CPR certification1 year APRN/PA experienceMaster's level programInterdisciplinary teamwork

Required

Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required

Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

Completion of Master's level program in specialty area

BLS/CPR certification required

1 year of APRN/PA experience in Primary Care required
