Prestige Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute all phases of new hire onboarding for assigned business units

Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure timely system access and equipment setup

Review, verify, and process electronic onboarding documents in compliance with regulations

Conduct and monitor background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verifications

Coordinate physical clearances with Occupational Health and external vendors

Troubleshoot technical or process-related onboarding issues

Maintain complete and compliant employee records in accordance with legal standards

Audit onboarding data for accuracy and timeliness

Communicate onboarding progress with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners

Support process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and data audits

Stay current on HR trends and compliance best practices through ongoing learning
