Responsibilities

Developing site/building general arrangements

Generating structural calculations and drawings for piping and pipe supports

Generating pipe stress analysis calculations for ASME code compliance

Working in the 3D model to develop designs for piping, equipment, HVAC, or pipe supports

Examining and analyzing pipe configurations for ANSI/ASME code compliance

Optimizing facility layout based on piping and instrument diagrams, client requirements, current technology, and operational and maintenance requirements

Interfacing with other engineering disciplines, construction, startup, and vendors during the development of facility design

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months

Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites

Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred

Master of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months

Prior co-op or internship experience

Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA

Excellent written and oral communication skills
