New Grad, Entry LevelCedar Path Nurseries LLC is a local grower and distributor of quality landscape grade nursery stock. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for servicing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities while providing excellent customer service and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Service and maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities
Handle customer communications for new and existing orders
Call or email customers regularly to share current promotions and follow up on sales opportunities
Track and follow up with customers regarding orders
Print orders, arrange loading, and coordinate with office and yard staff to ensure smooth operations
Assist customers with tagging as needed
Provide tours for customers and demonstrate product knowledge with professionalism
Support and contribute to the achievement of company sales goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving ability and customer service mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn company systems
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Ability to visit customers, conduct tours, and provide expert product suggestions
Order plant material as needed and approved by management
Preferred
Previous customer service and/or outside sales experience
Experience in horticulture, forestry, or nursery/greenhouse industry
