Responsibilities

Climbing up and down off the forms, pieces, trailer decks and work platforms
Carrying materials to perform the work needed on panels, product
Working with hand tools and power tools such as cut off saws, grinders, drills, etc
Knowledge/experience working with gas/acetylene torch
Operate Company Forklifts (Wells will train employees without Forklift experience)
Experience working with concrete, pouring, leveling, and finishing off concrete
Operate Overhead crane-ways (Wells will train employees without experience)
Be knowledgeable in proper rigging and handling of product
Have or be able to learn the skills of sandblasting and water-blasting finish work

Required

High School Diploma or GED
General math skills and ability to read tape measure and blueprint
Have adequate knowledge of the English language to be able to read pour sheets and set up directions and be able to communicate with other members of the crew
Be an authorized forklift operator or be capable of learning the skills of operating a forklift
Be experienced in operating overhead crane-ways (Wells Concrete will train employees without experience)
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
Possession of valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
