Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle for key financial tools, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and business teams to define product requirements and align on a roadmap
Serve as the voice of the user, gathering feedback and conducting research to build products that solve real problems
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and user impact
Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and inform future decisions
Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications to ensure a smooth development process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on FinTech preferred
Experience with both US and international financial structures, regulations, and systems is a plus
A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude to get things done and own your responsibilities
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.) is a big advantage
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving
