At Home Group Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee a group of Store Directors and ensure they meet company standards. The role involves continuous training, evaluation, and development of teams while promoting a customer-positive environment and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

Manage with professionalism, leadership, integrity, and honesty

To deliver company financial goals and standards

To work in stride with all facets of the organization

Hire, Train, Evaluate, Coach, and develop a team of Store Directors

Validate Store Operational and Customer Support execution

Ensure safety and risk management standards are executed

Complete monthly Store evaluations using observations and data/audit results compiled from reports and by the Operations team

Assess District staffing levels and ensure that key positions are filled while identifying talent and building a bench for future growth

Establish, communicate and follow up with store teams to provide continued support for process improvement

Identify process opportunities and work to coach stores on removing obstacles to gain greater productivity
