Responsibilities
Build and maintain data-driven algorithms to improve provider recommendations and the member search experience
Design data pipelines that model and enrich healthcare provider data
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams to solve open-ended business problems with data-driven solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related STEM field
Less than 1 year of professional experience in data science, analytics, finance, consulting, or product roles
Proficiency in statistics, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical work through internships, academic research, or personal projects
Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Python or SQL, including use of common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Plotly), is highly desirable
