Responsibilities

Advise on the formation, structuring, and launch of private funds, co-investments, and managed accounts

Draft, review, and negotiate key fund documents including LPAs, side letters, PPMs, subscription agreements, and placement agent agreements

Collaborate with investment, finance, compliance, and operations teams to support existing funds and new product initiatives

Participate in investor negotiations and business development initiatives

Manage closing and post-closing processes, including regulatory filings, operational checklists, and fund documentation updates
