Vice President, Transformation

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current-state processes, systems, performance, and market position. Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, or gaps in competitiveness
Use data and metrics to assess both internal effectiveness and external opportunities to translate business objectives into practical, future-ready strategies that address root cause issues and unlock growth
Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Build business cases to align on ROI, accountability and measurable impact. Ensure solutions—whether internally focused or market-facing—are embedded sustainably into operations
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI to improve efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience. Partner with IT, product, and data teams to design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions
Develop and execute communication and change management plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and internal risk controls
Contribute to ongoing team and enterprise initiatives that extend beyond assigned projects. Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or operations leadership
Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, either internal operations (plan administration, compliance, distribution) or market-facing functions (product development, pricing, network strategy, member/provider experience)
Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong data analysis, process mapping, and operational design capabilities
Experience with enabling technologies—including automation, analytics, and AI
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
