Manage a multi-state territory (NM, OK, CO, UT, WY, MT) and grow aftermarket revenue
Sell parts and service solutions for concrete equipment
Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service
Maintain CRM records and meet annual gross profit targets
Travel extensively (75%–80%)
Qualification
Required
Experience with concrete batch plant design, sales, operations, or maintenance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
