They are seeking a Customer Care Summer Intern to gain real-world experience through projects that support Customer Care, Marketing, and Training functions over a 10-week program.

Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to customer care projects aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
Collect, analyze, and interpret customer care data in Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer care processes and efficiency
Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving case issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial excellence) to ensure project alignment with company goals and customer needs
Participate in training sessions to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and project management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a Business Administration, Marketing or related major
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to take direction well and work independently
Passion for creating a work culture where everyone thrives
Self-starter and idea generator
Desire to learn and contribute
Ability to work on cross functional teams
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and handle yourself professionally
Preferred
Previous experience with customer service or project management is a plus
Experience with Power BI is a plus
