Project Manager, LADR Analyst

Responsibilities

Work with the PMO and Project Support/Coordination to gain a broad understanding of project governance activities and tools which enable the delivery of projects
Lead one or more PMO project (Process Development/Improvement)
Participate in supporting project coordination tasks and deliverables to broaden understanding project and organizational governance and reporting processes
Work with project scheduling to learn how to create and manage a project schedule
Leads small projects by managing their scope, schedule, and cost both internally and with clients
Leads the development of a portion of client deliverables and presentations
Writing and delivering high quality documentation and analysis and fostering positive communication between internal teams, building general contractors, city/county permitting and inspection officials, subcontractors, and the client
Onsite management of project team activities; Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Go-Live
Assists with partial project plans and task management with support from the Project Manager
Manages financials and provides analysis of projects including cost management, cash flow, expenses, and staffing
