Litigation Associate Attorney

They are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Memphis, TN to handle all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, providing direct client contact and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate
Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee
2-5 years of practice experience
Preferred
