Responsibilities
Help shape program direction by partnering with senior stakeholders to define vision, priorities, and success measures
Lead the execution of investor talent programs (overseeing the budget for Internal Talent programs, onboarding, internship program, investment talent development, performance, succession) from design to delivery
Design and shape the full suite of investor talent programs, from welcoming and ramping up new hires, creating impactful internship experiences, building development opportunities, guiding performance conversations, and preparing future leaders through succession planning
Manage and coach a team of 2-3, shaping resourcing and staffing, ensuring alignment against top priorities, and providing strong execution oversight to ensure excellent outcomes
Analyze program effectiveness using data, feedback, and engagement metrics; propose improvements and new approaches
Design processes and tools that scale, reduce friction, and enable high-quality outcomes
Communicate progress and impact through decks, updates, and synthesis that engage and influence stakeholders
Identify and solve problems early, escalating risks and keeping initiatives on track
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in program/project management, organizational development, or related fields
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills; able to bring structure to ambiguous challenges
Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently, flex with shifting priorities, and balance strategic and tactical work
Preferred
Prior people management or team lead experience strongly preferred
