Responsibilities
Supporting our Special Projects Group
Scope and deliver projects such as steam heating conversions, rooftop unit replacement, boiler and chiller replacement, and tenant improvements
Developing mechanical and plumbing permit documents for submission to the City of Seattle or other appropriate jurisdiction
Qualification
Required
Eight (8) years of experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent work experience required
Onsite construction experience considered and welcome
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Preferred
Energy modeling experience
Five (5) years of experience in 2D/3D Auto CAD and/ or Revit
Engineering in Training Certificate
LEED accreditation
Knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools
Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, and/or other software tools
