D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility dedicated to providing the best fitness philosophy and facility for athletes of all ages. They are seeking a high-energy Recruiter (Sales Associate) to join their team, responsible for making calls, booking trial workouts, and selling D1 products and services in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact

Nurturing leads through the sales process

Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly

Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals

Greeting all members

Giving tours of the facility to new members

Answer the phones in a professional manner

Scheduling clients for initial training sessions

Ability to multitask

Takes advantage of downtime to exceed expectations

Proficient in MindBody (Canva is a plus)

Serving attitude

About 20-30 hours per week

Paid hourly + commission

Reliable transportation to attend out-of-facility events

Ability to set up a tent and a table at events

Rotating weekends required

Qualification
