Manage general ledger activity and ensure accurate, timely recording of transactions across multiple entities and trusts
Reconcile brokerage and balance sheet accounts; prepare journal entries and supporting schedules
Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis
Oversee accounts payable and process monthly distributions
Support quarterly tax estimates and annual tax compliance
Maintain organized and secure electronic files and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills and deep understanding of GAAP
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Excellent communication and organization skills
