Responsibilities

AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, offering precise solutions, and meticulous corrections in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust and Go. The Front-End Specialist will focus on any and all Enterprise aspects, as listed in ‘Required Qualifications’ section

Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks

Required

5+ years of professional front-end development experience building responsive, user-facing web applications

Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

Strong experience with modern frameworks: React, Vue, Angular

Solid understanding of component lifecycle, hooks and state management

Expertise in CSS, Tailwind, responsive design, UI interactions and animations

Experience with performance optimization: lazy loading, caching strategies, asset optimization

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation)

Familiarity with SEO best practices for web applications

Strong debugging skills using browser DevTools and performance monitoring tools

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright)

Understanding of APIs and client-server communication (REST, GraphQL)

The ideal candidate for this role is adaptable, possesses strong logical reasoning skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment

Experience integrating analytics, monitoring and front-end security best practices

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
