They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join their growing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates, representing the company brand positively and professionally
Manage candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and market insights to guide sourcing strategy
Collaborate with the broader TA team to continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and reporting

Required

1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or high-growth company
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and delivering a great candidate experience

Preferred

Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques is a plus
