Responsibilities

Assist our managerial team with the daily operations of running America’s Largest Waterpark Resorts

Ensure that guests receive a high level of service and cleanliness during their stay

Learn systems, work in multiple concepts, and scratch cooking in Culinary

Learn how to operate attractions and assist in the supervision of ride attendants in Dry Park Operations

Gain experience in front-of-the-house teams in Food & Beverage

Engage in HRIS projects, applicant tracking, and file management in Human Resources

Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and PR projects in Marketing

Experience creating guest memories and operating multiple retail outlets in Retail

Qualification

Hospitality experienceSupervisory skillsCulinary skillsMarketing experienceGuest service

Required

Have significant experience in the hospitality industry

Have completed the Hospitality Introduction Internship

Have previously been a Kalahari Resorts Associate

Be ready to graduate in 2025 or 2026
