They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Massachusetts who can build strong relationships and increase sales through new prospects and existing customers.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships, confidence, and trust with contacts at all levels within customer organizations
Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales
Work closely with inside sales and purchasing to ensure quotes, material, and deliveries meet customer needs
Keep customers informed about industry and economic trends and Hadco’s ability to assist in all changes
Increases revenue from assigned customers by increasing product lines or items sold
Qualification
Required
Outside Sales experience in a metals service center or similar industry preferred
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving/conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, or industrial supply distribution
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth
Highly developed organizational and communication skills
High level of self-motivation and awareness
Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process
Valid and clean driver's license
