Responsibilities
Designing the interfaces and experiences for Apple’s key retail platforms
Crafting considered, elegant, and effective customer-facing solutions
Collaborating with other creative and technical disciplines to translate concepts into beautiful and functional designs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience specializing in visual design for the web, mobile and/or iOS app design
Professional experience in a marketing or e-commerce design environment
An online portfolio of original work demonstrating experience with e-commerce, user-centered design, and a strong visual aesthetic
High proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Ability to create high fidelity prototypes to convey preferred states, motion, and/or behaviors for interactive concepts
Strong understanding of web and app development principles, including HTML, CSS, and iOS technologies
Deep understanding of crafting for brand voice, aesthetic, and tone
Proficient in Photoshop and Sketch, with experience in organizing files for design iteration, setting up files for web and app production, and adhering to graphic design standards
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace, delivering high-quality design quickly
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both creative and technical audiences
Understanding 3D tools and AI is highly preferred
