Responsibilities
Lead analytical workstreams from scoping through delivery, ensuring insights align with client business objectives
Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities and develop data-backed hypotheses for experimentation
Guide the experiment planning process, ensuring proper sample sizes, metrics, and test durations to guarantee valid results
Partner with technical teams to execute experiments and lead post-test analysis to determine business impact
Create and deliver presentations that explain performance drivers and recommend strategic next steps to clients
Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision making
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of experience in digital analytics, conversion optimization, or data strategy
Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred, or deep expertise in GA4) with a strong understanding of data collection
Ability to synthesize multiple datasets (quantitative and qualitative) into cohesive, actionable insights
Applied knowledge of A/B testing concepts, including randomization, control groups, and statistical significance
Experience with testing platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO is highly desired, though we value the analytical mindset over specific tool proficiency
Familiarity with user research methods (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to contextualize quantitative data
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
