Responsibilities

AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, offering precise solutions, and meticulous corrections in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust and Go. The Front-End Specialist will focus on any and all Enterprise aspects, as listed in ‘Required Qualifications’ section

Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks

Required

5+ years of professional front-end development experience building responsive, user-facing web applications

Deep expertise in React (including hooks, context, modern state management such as Redux/Zustand/Recoil, and component lifecycle) — required

Strong proficiency in Vue and/or Angular — big pluses

Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

Expertise in CSS, Tailwind CSS, responsive design, UI interactions, and animations

Solid understanding of performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies, asset optimization)

Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+, ARIA roles, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation)

Familiarity with SEO best practices for single-page applications

Strong debugging and profiling skills using browser DevTools and performance monitoring tools

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, etc.)

Solid understanding of client-server communication via REST and/or GraphQL APIs

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
