Responsibilities

Partner and work with Lutron Coopersburg Engineering leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs

Provide expert HR guidance and organizational insight to Lutron's Engineering leadership

Partner with Engineering leaders to improve organization design

Champion Lutron principles and culture

Develop HR solutions, programs and policies to support the Lutron organization. Partner with Lutron Human Resources COEs on corporate wide programs

Identify training needs and partner with the Lutron learning organization to successfully execute programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met

Administer Salary Reviews, Performance Reviews, Promotion processes, Year End Evaluations, Employee Relations and Accommodation requests

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Lutron leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Partner with Lutron leaders and Centers Of Excellences such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to fulfill engineering business needs

Use knowledge, judgment and expertise to manage and resolve employee relations issues

Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory, policy and procedural compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required
