Responsibilities
Engage as guided with Factory, product, supply chain and other quality teams
Execute QE responsibilities as defined by the QE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account specific support plan and as led by QE management
Support our Advanced Purity Solutions in Billerica, MA
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs, as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals
Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers)
Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)
Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting and continuous improvement project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field
Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials within the semiconductor industry
Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation
Project management experience with a focus on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs
Preferred
Experience remotely collaborating with colleagues, customers and suppliers in virtual meetings
