Responsibilities

Use leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact

Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs

Dig into data-rich environments to find pieces of information puzzles

Guide and mentor the team overseeing the development of algorithms and systems

Use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn disparate data points into objective answers

Identify new opportunities to use data science solutions to help clients meet their toughest challenges

Provide a deep understanding of the data, its meaning, and how it can be used

Required

8+ years of experience in data science or data analytics

Experience in Python and with using data science languages and tools, including Git, GitLab, or GitHub, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience designing, testing, and validating the quality of the data and data processes, and analyzing and reporting results with actionable insights

Experience in finding and designing new approaches to handling, analyzing, and using large volumes of data sets

Experience solving complex data and storage issues, such as issues with data handling, search, and retention

Experience designing improved data search processes and utilizing big data technologies

Knowledge of data science models to analyze large amounts of data and create valuable insights

Ability to lead or design ML, statistical analysis, and data analysis tasks

Top Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED
